Refund Policy
Note that refunds or credits for cancellation are not provided after October 20, 2026. If you cancel prior to October 20, 2026, a $250 administration charge is deducted from your paid course registration. No fee will be deducted if credit is transferred to another AAAM event before October 20, 2026; credit must be used within six months. Full registration fees are forfeited after the cancellation deadline. No-shows are considered cancellations and any refund or credit is forfeited. All refunds must be requested in writing to info@aaamed.org.

Room rates will be subject to a non-commissionable daily destination fee of $35.00 plus tax per room, per night. This fee will cover several amenities, which
